The Customer is entitled to return catalog items under the following conditions:

a. Notify Labor of the reason for the return and provide additional information:

• What is the item number of the product?

• Was it ordered incorrectly?

• Under what circumstances was it used? (e.g., in what material)

• How often was it used?

• Do you have photos of the defective product?​

b. Catalog items may be returned free of charge by the customer up to 14 days after the delivery date.

​

c. For catalog items returned between 14 days and up to three months after the delivery date, Labor will charge a 20% restocking fee.

d. Catalog items older than three months after the delivery date cannot be returned.

​

 e. Catalog items must be returned in the original packaging. The packaging and materials must be unused and undamaged, failing which Labor may refuse the return. The costs of the return shipment are always borne by the Customer.

Other items are not accepted for return by Labor.
